How much is shipping?
Our shipping charge is dependent on the location and the product. Shipping charge is automatically added in cart
Within the uk:
Standard shipping (Royal Mail First Class)
£3.75 - small accessories (face coverings, key rings, dog accessories, card holders, cosmetic bags)
£5.50 - larger accessories (all leather handbags)
Express shipping (Royal Mail Tracked 24)
£5.50 - small accessories (face coverings, key rings, dog accessories, card holders, cosmetic bags)
£8.50 - larger accessories (all leather handbags)
International shipping (Royal Mail International Standard)
£10.50 - smaller accessories (key rings, dog accessories, card holders)
£15.00 - larger accessories (all leather handbags)
How long will my order take?
We aim to post orders within 3-5 working days of the order being placed. All items are made to order in our studio so during sales periods this may increase by a few days. If you need your order urgently please contact us here.
Unfortunately we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in the post. If you do think an item has been lost in the post please contact us. International orders take varying times depending on country, if you have any questions about time periods please contact us directly here.

REFUNDS & RETURNS
Please note personalised items are non-refundable except for faulty items.
We accept all refunds and returns within a 30 day period of purchase of your item. Please contact us to arrange a return here and refund however please note that postage costs are non-refundable and are the customers responsibility.
